Precision EDM Operator

1st Shift Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm

Russ Hadick & Associates is partnering with an aerospace manufacturing organization to hire a Precision EDM Operator for a modern machining environment.

This opportunity supports advanced manufacturing operations and is ideal for someone with EDM or CNC machining experience who enjoys working with high-precision components.

Position Overview

This role focuses on supporting aerospace production through hands-on EDM machining. You’ll work with engineered parts that require accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail, while collaborating with a skilled shop team.

Preferred Background

• EDM or CNC machining experience

• Manufacturing or machine shop background (aerospace preferred)

• Familiarity with precision measurement concepts

• Mechanical aptitude and basic shop math

• Strong reliability and work ethic
