Your Role with the Company:
As the Sales Representative for Madera and Le Grand Quarries, you’ll take full ownership of the sales effort across construction and municipal markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forge Strong Relationships: Build and maintain lasting connections with construction companies, government agencies, and municipal clients.
- Seize New Opportunities: Research upcoming projects and actively pursue new business opportunities throughout the Central Valley.
- Drive Sales Success: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, while nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate closely with dispatch, operations, and plant leadership to guarantee customer satisfaction and timely deliveries.
- Deliver Market Insights: Provide valuable market insights and competitive intelligence to refine pricing and service strategies.
- Support Strategic Planning: Assist in project bidding, forecasting, and budget planning to drive business growth.

Background Information:
- Essential Experience: Five years of sales experience in construction materials (aggregate, asphalt, mining, or related industries).
- Competitive Drive: Demonstrate a strong competitive drive, exceptional networking ability, and a passion for market ownership.
- Outstanding Skills: Possess excellent presentation, communication, and relationship management skills to effectively engage and retain clients.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with road construction, hot mix asphalt, and aggregate applications is highly advantageous.
