Your Role within the Company

As the Senior Project Manager, you are the SME of water/WWTP projects, such as treatment plants, mechanical piping above and below ground, pump houses, lift stations, etc.

1. Primarily work in water/WWTP and alternative delivery procurement, know how to write, interview for it, build it, start-up and commission, chain of custody/cyber security for super sensitive information.
2. Work with mechanical piping 20” to 40”. You can speak at length about the components that go into these systems, and you know the game of mechanical contracting.
3. Pursuit and estimation of projects.
4. Grow your sector with an entrepreneurial spirit.

You will be based in Henderson, NV https://www.cityofhenderson.gov.com/. Zero-little travel. Home every night. The Las Vegas https://www.lasvegasnevada.gov/ area has something for everyone with the Raiders and the Oakland A’s, the Sphere, and endless entertainment. Living in Henderson gets you out of the nightlife but close enough to enjoy all the legendary city has to offer.

Background Profile:

1. Expertise in water/WWTP construction (treatment, conveyance, sewers, and sewer rehab) from a self-performing contractor (10+years preferable, 7+ required)
2. Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering or equivalent in experience
3. Las Vegas Water/WWTP experience is a huge plus.
