Your Role with the Company

1. Leading and growing the team – currently there are 60 people in the Division
2. Provide strategic leadership to drive growth and profitability
3. Continue and improve the culture of safety and quality
4. Budgeting and Tracking project financials

Background Profile

1. Expertise in the industrial coating industry
2. Leadership experience with teams of 25 and above and/or have run their own company
3. Good safety record
4. Has managed stand-alone projects in the $5 million and above range
5. Field experience is a huge plus
