Project Executive: Role within the Company

As the Project Executive, you are the cradle-to-grave integral part of the successful delivery of large-scale, unique projects.

  1. Full cycle pursuit sponsorship and leadership, client relationship, pursuit proposal management, progressive design-build, CM/GC, Precon, lead project full cycle, collaborative delivery.
  2. Lead a complex team.
  3. High-level contract negotiations, design-build, with owners, subs, and vendors, cool under pressure, articulate, and critical thinking.
  4. Relationship management and maintaining a good reputation.

Community Information

You can be based in either Concord, CA, or Seattle, WA.

Background Profile

  1. Expertise in full cycle pursuit and sponsorship.
  2. Background in leading pursuits using alternative delivery methods.
  3. Have led a complex team.
  4. Ten (10) plus years in water/wastewater treatment plant construction with a self-performing contractor.
