What You’ll Do:

As a Renal Vascular RN, your voice matters. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care, advocating for patients, and leading with clinical insight. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
• Assessing complex renal and vascular conditions with accuracy and compassion
• Supporting patients through dialysis, recovery, and vascular interventions
• Acting as a patient safety champion
• Educating and empowering patients and families on treatments and post-care wellness

Qualifications We Value

• 1+ year of RECENT acute care RN experience (Med-Surg, Telemetry, IMU, PCU)
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
• Current RN licensure (FL preferred or compact license + FL application)
• NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days of start
• BLS (AHA Healthcare Provider) certification
