The MEP Coordinator coordinates and schedules installations performed by the mechanical, HVAC, electrical/controls, plumbing, and fire protection contractors. Responsibilities include coordination of installations between trades. The MEP Coordinator provides overall direction and control of the installation of all electrical, plumbing, mechanical, sheet metal, insulation, sprinkler systems, and life safety systems.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines

• Proficient computer skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 5 years of experience as a MEP Coordinator
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred but not required.
