主に日本のご旅行者様の受付、応対、案内、手配業務などをお任せします。
Key Responsibilities:

Customer service: Greet customers professionally and friendly as the company's representative.

Support and trouble shoot for customers as needed while customers are staying in Hawaii.

Operate and arrange optional tours.

Document Management: Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring that important documents are well-organized and easily accessible.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, clients and team members.

Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding customer's information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work 5 days per week including weekends and holidays
- 日英バイリンガル(日本語は読み書き含む。英語は正確にコミュニケーションの取れるレベル)
- 週末・祝日に勤務できる方
- カスタマーサービス経験者優遇
- PCスキル(ワード、エクセル)要、パワーポイントはできれば優遇
- SNS経験者優遇
- 米国での就労資格
2026年4月以降は営業時間変更予定のためシフトも変わります。
