Cable Design Engineer (Bulk Cable Products) Our client is a leading innovator in the design and manufacturing of high-performance bulk cable solutions for a wide range of industries. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cable Design Engineer to join their dynamic engineering team. This role will be instrumental in the development of new and existing bulk cable products, from initial concept through to production, ensuring optimal performance, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability.

Robotic programming to support integration, SAT, and customer training. Past experience with the electrical and/ or controls design and programming of a large, custom automated assembly machine project from concept to acceptance. Preferred Skills: Proficiency in ABB and RobotStudio, TM Flow, Omron Mobile Planner, and Sysmac Studio. Proficiency in palletizing applications and Fanuc PalletPro. Familiarity with Safety Assessment for collaborative robots Experience with Robot simulation packages as well as offline programming. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, C, C++, HTML, ROS Experience with systems that employ applications such as iRPickTool, and iRVision. PLC/HMI Rockwell/Siemens/Omron/Mitsubishi programming knowledge. G-Code programming knowledge.

Our client is seeking a RF Mechanical Design Engineer to support the design and development of RF and Microwave connector applications with our growing electronics business. Your primary responsibility for this role will be performing design activities to develop, evaluate, maintain, and improve RF connector designs that meet customer application requirements. You will share these exciting challenges with Engineering team members as well as with Quality Assurance and Manufacturing personnel to evaluate customer needs and optimize design options to balance performance and cost. The scope of this role includes providing engineering assistance, problem resolution, training, and other engineering duties in support of various aspects of production.

The Manufacturing Engineer supports the Production operation by driving improvements and resolving issues related to components, equipment and processes related to manufacturing electro-mechanical assemblies and components. The Manufacturing Engineer will work in concert with Operations and Quality to assure efficient manufacturing with the goal of top level on-time delivery and product quality performance.

The Process Engineer is responsible for evaluating new and existing processes and configuring manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve sustainability, and develop best practices within the production process. The position requires working closely with manufacturing, management, purchasing, and customer service. Will: Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes to improve safety, throughput, efficiencies, production yields, and costs. Will: Provide hands-on technical leadership in all aspects related to production, including training of employees in the appropriate use of tooling, equipment, interpretation of assembly documentation, and lean tools, techniques, and practices.

The Production Supervisor will manage the day-to-day production activities of the hourly assembly employees in accordance with company policy, and product quality standards. This individual is expected to utilize labor hours efficiently and minimize non-value-added activity. The supervisor is responsible to identify and resolve production-related problems by working closely with the direct labor workforce and support personnel.
