Account Services Representative

AutoLoop’s Account Services Representative is an integral member of our Customer Success Team. Your primary focus is to proactively engage with your assigned dealership partners and encourage the usage of the software programs for more effective marketing by the dealership to their vehicle owners, in turn maximizing ROI. Additionally, you will assist and/or train dealership personnel with basic support issues, including simple software settings management, ongoing usage and increased user adoption. Maintaining great customer relationships with quick response time, geared towards a solution-driven focus and consistently high customer satisfaction is the mission of our Account Services Representative. In addition to maintaining the accounts, it is also the responsibility of the Account Services Representative to find areas of opportunity and upsell additional AutoLoop products to truly maximize profitability for our clients. We are seeking individuals with at least 2 years of customer service and sales experience, excellent phone skills who enjoy the benefits of being part of a growing team and company. Project Manager

Project Manager – Marketing Department The Project Manager will traffic and project manage cross-departmental teams to support marketing projects. As operational owner of the process for the marketing department, the Project Manager will assist in planning future marketing collateral pieces including compiling project requirements and scope from Marketing Account Managers, clients and internal resources. The position will be pivotal in trafficking the day-to-day project management responsibilities including: coordinating and assigning tasks, maintaining and reporting on scope, project status, deadlines and overall timelines while adjusting for creative changes with the ability to quickly adapt, both to new process requirements and a diversity of company production tasks and critical client direction changes.. The Project Manager will oversee the process to execute final creative deliverable. This position requires excellent communication skills to work with multiple Marketing Account Managers, across several programs and external clients, to remain aligned to strategy, commitments and goals of the established program strategy. This role will work closely with the Design, Copy Writing, Email Development, Proofing/Launching and Program Management departments. Additionally, the Project Manager will be responsible for tracking and reporting, evaluating and evolving processes post-launch of all projects.
