Account Director - OEM

We are looking for an experienced OEM automotive professional to strategically manage client relationships with one of our largest OEM clients. As this position will be responsible for ensuring our program supports and drives the OEM marketing and customer retention initiatives, the ideal OEM Account Director possesses extraordinary organizational and communication skills. As the leader of the OEM account servicing team, you will build and maintain relationships with the OEM corporate, the OEM field team, and individual retailers to meet and exceed program goals, with approximately 30 FTEs reporting to you. Responsibilities: Provide support, guidance, and counsel to a national team. Consistently engage with internal departments to manage the cross-functional implementation of all OEM products. Proactively communicate on a quarterly basis with all constituents. Work with the account management team to identify new opportunities and program improvements. Deliver outstanding customer service. Ensure account sustainment—but even more so, growth. Conduct competitive market analysis and provide both internal feedback and feedback to the OEM customer. Set and monitor sales and satisfaction targets for account managers. Liaise with OEM Sales, Service, and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new products. Ensure the OEM brand consistency maintains high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards. Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Analyze marketing trends and predictions and researching market conditions to develop sales goals and marketing strategies. Acquire a thorough understanding of OEM and retailer needs and requirements. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to retailers in a timely manner. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal AutoLoop teams. Resolve any issues and problems faced by OEM and deal with any issues to maintain trust. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. Respond to Request for Proposals (RFP) in a timely and accurate fashion. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience as key account manager in an automotive OEM environment. Experience in automotive sales and service providing solutions based on customer needs and industry developments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting client’s requirements. Must have experience in a leadership position and demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate team members. The Field Performance Manager will be responsible for developing close relationships with your portfolio of assigned clients, connecting with key decision makers and maximizing the potential of each account, educating clients on effective use of current suite of products and consulting on additional products that meet client needs. The Data Analyst’s primary role is to retrieve and analyze data to evaluate AutoLoop’s product performance and support strategic recommendations to clients. You’ll play an important role in our strategy & analytics team by enabling team members with data and insights to answer key business questions. Data Analysts coordinate across internal teams, including Product Management, Marketing, and Business Analysts/Engineering to compile data sets for analysis and generate deep insights and recommendations. You’ll also create ad hoc reports and communicate key insights from analysis projects to internal stakeholders. We are looking for an energetic and detailed-oriented person to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial tasks. The Accounting Clerk will focus primarily on general accounting activities with an emphasis on sales commission calculation. Additional responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports, and reconciling bank statements.
