Data Analyst

The Data Analyst’s primary role is to retrieve and analyze data to support strategy recommendations and program performance reviews. You’ll play an execution role in our Analytics & Insights department, receiving support from business intelligence managers and Data Scientists. Data Analysts coordinate across internal team members in Analytics & Insights, Marketing, and Business Analysts/Engineering to compile data sets for analysis and generate deep insights and recommendations. You’ll also communicate key insights from analysis projects to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the definition and execution of analysis projects, including project timeline and scope; execute and coordinate between team members.
  • Retrieve data from internal systems and analyze datasets to support Strategy recommendations.
  • Identify insights using data mining techniques to support business cases for program changes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our data infrastructure, becoming an expert user and learning its inner workings and nuances.
  • Create charts and slides to support PowerPoint presentation materials.
  • Participate in or own innovative efforts and internal process improvements relating to analyzing data and distributing insights to the organization.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to write queries in SQL and retrieve data from relational and non-relational databases.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex sets of data and information and turn them into actionable insights.
  • Relentless attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • An ongoing desire to go beyond project-specific work, be innovative, and bring new ideas to the table to improve the overall data and analytics process.
  • 1-2 years of data analysis experience, preferably analyzing marketing programs and operational performance.

Senior Graphic Designer - Digital Marketing

As Senior Graphic Designer and a key member of our Digital Marketing team you must have a seasoned design portfolio with experience in both web-based graphic design and print. A familiarity with email marketing is a plus. This position plays a key role in creative strategy and development which requires attention to detail and forward thinking. Accounting Clerk

The Accounting Clerk will focus primarily on general accounting activities with an emphasis on sales commission calculation.
