Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the marketing strategy and creative output for AutoLoop’s premier business partners. You will assist with the development and planning of cohesive campaign approaches and deliver strategic communications solutions that help our clients attain their marketing and communication objectives.

We are seeking someone who embraces technology, is current with new marketing communication trends, and is riveted by the continual evolution of the internet and digital marketing. You will work collaboratively with marketing counterparts, departmental leaders, and our business partners to develop, establish, and maintain marketing strategies to meet organization and customer objectives. As an effective leader, the marketing manager will:

  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, data scientists, program managers, field managers, and key client stakeholders to produce high-performing tier 3 sales and service communications that drives business for clients.
  • Lead and develop a team of marketing project managers.
  • Fully immerse themselves within key client brand and ensure all marketing initiatives comply with client brand standards.
  • Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and campaigns that succeed through email, mail, and social media.
  • Monitor, review, and report on all marketing initiatives and results.
  • Establish strategic marketing plans and implement with client approval.
  • Proactively consult and recommend key marketing initiatives that engage customers and grows revenue.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.

AutoLoop is seeking a Technical Support Representative to add to our Customer Success Team. Ideal candidates should have 2 years’ experience in customer service with a technical background. We are seeking bright, high energy, customer service fanatics! This position requires an employee that does well supporting end users on (web based) software programs, is personable and professional on the phone, has great patience, and is very savvy with software. He/she must have experience in providing customer support over the phone and via e-mail.

Appraisal Manager

As a key member of our management team, our Appraisal Managers lead and manage the Vehicle Valuation Specialists (referred to as the Bid Team). You will oversee the Trade In Valet appraisal offers completed by the Bid Team making sure that our proprietary vehicle appraisal process is being followed. This position will also provide Dealer Clients with firm purchase price offers for vehicles that have been physically inspected by the dealer at the dealership. The Appraisal Manager provides positive and development feedback to the Vehicle Valuation Specialist and reports to the Director of Remarketing. Our office is fun, relaxed, and high energy – we’re searching for a hands-on manager who’s adaptable and thrives in a fast paced atmosphere.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages and communicates the Bid Team schedule and daily breaks.
  • Ensures that every Trade In Valet appraisal request is completed in order and in a timely manner using our bid process.
  • Audits previous Trade In Valet offers sent.
  • Determines wholesale market value of all make and models.
  • Works within a predefined appraisal guidance while extending bid offers to purchase vehicles from our Dealer Clients.
  • Completes Escalated Trade In Valet appraisals that a Bid Team member cannot complete for any reason.
  • Meets with members of the Bid Team to review performance.
  • Partners with Direct of Remarketing when in need of assistance with appraisal offer or communicating with Dealer Clients.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3 – 5 years car buying experience.
  • Detailed knowledge of auto auction policy including the vehicle arbitration process.
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communicator able to express ideas clearly and succinctly in both written and verbal communication.
  • Previous team lead or management experience effectively delegating tasks based on associate’s skill level.
  • Maintains focus and performs well in high pressure and stressful situations.
  • Displays fiscal responsibility while making decisions quickly when necessary.
  • Experience training and developing employees highly desirable.
