Account Director - OEM

We are looking for an experienced OEM automotive professional to strategically manage client relationships with one of our largest OEM clients. As this position will be responsible for ensuring our program supports and drives the OEM marketing and customer retention initiatives, the ideal OEM Account Director possesses extraordinary organizational and communication skills. As the leader of the OEM account servicing team, you will build and maintain relationships with the OEM corporate, the OEM field team, and individual retailers to meet and exceed program goals, with approximately 30 FTEs reporting to you. Responsibilities: Provide support, guidance, and counsel to a national team. Consistently engage with internal departments to manage the cross-functional implementation of all OEM products. Proactively communicate on a quarterly basis with all constituents. Work with the account management team to identify new opportunities and program improvements. Deliver outstanding customer service.
