This is a great opportunity to get into healthcare IT sales. You DO NOT need to have prior healthcare experience. You MUST live in the Bay area. Sales Account Executive

Sales Account Executive Fremont, California Our client is seeking an outgoing and motivated Sales Account Executive to play a key role in the organization focused on automation sales by identifying customer needs and providing solutions. The company has the exclusive right to sell Automated Storage Retrieval warehouse products in Northern CA and Northern Nevada. Products include Vertical Carousels, Horizontal Carousels, Vertical Lift Modules, and related software controls. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and target prospective customers, build and maintain relationships • Perform application analysis, develop value based solutions, generate proposals, support sales with proper order entry system, and manage installation. • Integrate software to assimilate a true value-added picture. • Sustain active clientele database. • Generate opportunities from existing accounts and through cold and warm sales calls. • Additional duties as assigned. • Position will report to the Director of Storage and Automation • Product and sales training will be available to assist in driving this role towards success • This position would have a base salary plus commission and a car allowance. Qualifications: • Must reside in Northern CA or Bay Area and willing to cover territory from Sacramento to Stockton and San Francisco • Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license. • Day travel within the defined territory will be required, overnight travel occasionally. • Proven track record of sales success in industry, minimum 3-5 years’ experience • Prior sales experience in the material handling industry preferred. • A working knowledge of AutoCAD would be a plus • Project management experience involving high dollar industrial installation preferred. • The ability to evaluate customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs • Strong presentation, interpersonal, analytical, verbal and written skills. • The ability to create proposals and related sales presentation items. • The ability to establish and develop relationships to promote equipment sales on continuing basis • Must be competitive and goal oriented. • Must have effective time management and organizational skills

Requirements: • Demonstrated success in growing a P&L through strong entrepreneurial general management skills • Excellent ability to quickly synthesize both quantitative and qualitative data down to conclusions, prioritize opportunities, rally stakeholders, and drive speedy execution • Proven leadership of e-commerce projects, and extensive knowledge of e-commerce technologies and sophisticated e-commerce analytics • Interpersonal and persuasive skills, particularly with business decision makers. When you’ve identified an opportunity, you must effectively articulate the business case to get approval • Analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative. Must be able to work through ambiguous, complex situations and break them down into logical parts, ask good questions and analyze data to identify opportunities and drive forward • Ability to simplify complex concepts into simple storylines for clients • Strong Program / Project management and delivery skills • Open to travel • 5+ years of experience in a high performing complex role; e-commerce and / or startup environment experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science or a relevant field of work required
