Summary: With general guidance from the Department Manager, the Business Intelligence (BI) Developer II contributes to efforts within the Department. Works in tandem with BI Analysts and BI Advisors to accurately and efficiently create sustainable business value by transforming raw data into actionable information for the end user. In conjunction with partners in Information Services, collaborates on the creation, deployment, and maintenance of one or more of the following areas: effective data structures (i.e. star schema facts and dimensions, cubes, views), ETL processes, BI infrastructure (i.e. SQL Server, Hadoop, Spark), data visualization (i.e. Tableau), and/or analytic tools. Performs duties for data manipulation, transformation, and automation via programming using appropriate languages such as SQL, C#, Python, and R. Responsibilities: 1. Responsibilities: Our work is project based and involves healthcare facility design, patient flow and clinical process improvement, and supply chain optimization. The Project Manager will lead project execution teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that exceeds client expectations. Design and optimize materials management, supply chain operations, inventory deployment, and support service operations for healthcare clients. Analyze the flow of materials and information through healthcare facilities by applying a wide range of quantitative tools and models. Education & Experience: 6+ years of progressive experience with significant experience in a healthcare or medical center environment. 2+ years of experience in hospital operations and process improvement focused on patient flow. Experience with cath lab and interventional radiology supply chain is preferred. Experience with consolidated/integrated support service centers is preferred. Knowledge of healthcare operations and/or healthcare facility design preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Coordination with client and architectural teams.
