Business Development Professional Job Description:

Seeking a full-time Business Development Professional (“BDP”). Our BDP will develop and maintain client relationships that are the core of our business and revenue production. The BDP will serve existing clients by maintaining consistent contact and communication as to ongoing and future title service needs. The BDP will work within our target market of commercial real estate lenders, owners, developers, brokers and attorneys to create new business and rewarding client relationships.

 Maintaining and expanding client relationships
 Increase revenue production from existing clients
 Facilitating new client relationships
 Revenue creation from new clients
 Active involvement in industry associations and events
 Coordination of sales strategies with Director of Marketing
 Active implementation of sales and marketing plans
 Develop and implement sales plan and departmental scorecard
 Responsive and timely communications with clients
 Quote and RFP generation
 Maintenance of client database in Salesforce
 Client liaison
 Follow up on client satisfaction
 Collaborate with attorney closing team

Desired Skills and Experience:
 Excellent client relation and communication skills
 Demonstrates individual initiative and enjoys working independently
 2-3 years of title insurance/commercial real estate experience
 Superior organizational skills
 Ability to collaborate on sales and marketing initiatives
 Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications and CRM technology
 Strong time management and follow-through skills
 Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
 Ability to identify and pursue client/revenue opportunities
 Enjoys meeting new clients and creating rewarding relationships
