Position Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive Construction Project Coordinator to support billing, contracts, and project setup, while providing administrative assistance to ensure projects stay on track.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit accurate project invoices, including change orders.

Support contract review and compliance tracking.

Set up new jobs in the project management system with accurate budget and milestone inputs.

Assist with reports, documentation, AP/AR, and general administrative duties.

Work closely with project managers and the accounting team.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in project coordination or construction billing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); construction software experience a plus.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Familiarity with construction industry processes preferred.
