The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a book of employee benefits accounts in the small group sector.

Background Required:
- Analyze market information in order to develop, design, and implement creative strategies for sales team members and customers.
- Directly assist producers and executives.
- Service and support the designated book of business as it relates to marketing, claims, renewals, administration, and sales.
- Coordinate the implementation of research project plans and prepare status update reports and presentations.
- Monitor, identify, and develop new methods, new markets, and new opportunities.
- Calculate figures and provide oversight for the purpose of tracing, correcting, and adjusting errors.
Compensation Structure (Based on experience, skills, and attributes):
- Base: A Base Salary + Bonus/Commissions.
