Independence KS - FT NIGHTS CDL-A Truck Driver
Hanna Distributing Inc. is a Linehaul Contractor, based in Joplin, MO and leased onto FedEx Ground. We cover terminal-to-terminal, drop-and-hook runs out of FedEx terminals in multiple states. All of our runs are solo, local, and home daily.
If you have experience as a CDL A Truck Driver, you may be the perfect candidate!
We’re looking for people who have been OTR Truck Drivers, Local Truck Drivers, Route Drivers, Team Truck Drivers, CDL Drivers- and if you have driven for FedEx, UPS, Penske, 10 Roads Express, Walmart, Amazon or any other similar companies that is a plus.
Responsibilities

Operate a CDL A tractor-trailer safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries.

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and compliance.

Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving in the local area.

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs and paperwork.

Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure smooth operations.

Minimum Truck Driver Qualifications include:

Class A Commercial Driver’s License with Doubles endorsement (You can apply without it, and we will train you, but you need the endorsement before your first day)

At least 21 years of age

At least 1 year of verifiable tractor trailer experience in the past 3 years, or 5 years of experience within the last 10 years, or 6 months experience with a FedEx-approved driving school.

Must be able to pass DOT physical, pre-employment background and drug screen

No revoked or suspended license, DUI, DWI or reckless driving violations
-
MVR: no more than 2 moving violations in the last 36 months
