Marcum Search LLC is currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant extraordinaire! The Personal Assistants will be responsible for running business and personal errands, managing personal and professional schedule, conducting research on ad-hoc projects as assigned, and working with the personal assistant team. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who can work well in a fast-paced environment.

There are currently Full Time and Part Time openings available.

  • Assist the CEO of 900+ person firm
  • Engage in complex & interesting research; potential for financial projects
  • Arrange travel & social itineraries
  • Manage & run personal & business errands
  • Plan events, coordinate agendas, run social media accounts
  • Complete various clerical duties, e.g. manage filing & receipt systems
  • Coordinate seasonal yacht maintenance
  • Weekly fashion coordination, e.g. organize & audit wardrobe
  • Unique skills and attributes appreciated
