In this role, the individual will lead the Phoenix office and be the face of the office for the region. In addition, the engineer will be responsible for winning new work with current, former, and new clients; oversee and manage traffic engineering projects; provide higher-level technical oversight and QA/QC on traffic engineering projects.
Local experience is not required. Lee Engineering has a strong history of successful projects and client wins in the Phoenix area. Requirements:
• BS in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 12+ years of experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer.
• Experience working with clients and the ability and desire to manage clients and staff and assist with business development.
• Prior experience working on traffic engineering projects. Background can be in any area of traffic engineering.
