Marcum Search is recruiting for a highly reputable real estate company in the greater Los Angeles area that is seeking a qualified Corporate Paralegal. Ideal candidates will have strong corporate entity maintenance experience including proficiency in, but not limited to the following areas: preparing certificates of formation, operating agreements and qualification documentation for corporate entities.

Job Responsibilities:
-Supervise filings for all entity documents
-Lead monthly status call with entity counsel
-Create and update formation check lists
-Respond to counsel requests for setting up new entities
-Assisting with preparing and distributing reports
-Submit corporate invoices for payment
-Work with outside counsel to ensure national and international entities remain in good standing

Job requirements:
-5-10 years of Corporate Paralegal experience in a law firm or major corporation
-BA highly preferred
-Job stability in the last 5 years
-Advanced MS Word and Excel Skills
-Vizio experience is a plus
-Superior organizational and communication skills
