Position Overview:
The VP of Operations – Manufacturing & Logistics is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, warehousing, and distribution, with a focus on operational efficiency, cost management, and strategic growth initiatives.
● Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end operations function across manufacturing and logistics.

Implement and optimize supply chain strategies to improve throughput, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.

Drive operational excellence initiatives including lean manufacturing, automation, and quality assurance.

Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational objectives with business goals.

Build and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and company policies.

Oversee budgets, KPIs, and operational reporting to ensure consistent performance improvements.
● Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration.

10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing and logistics operations.

Demonstrated success in strategic planning, team leadership, and process improvement in industrial or distribution settings.
