Installation Manager:
Annual Salary up to $60,000 Depending on Experience

One of our valued clients in the Metro Atlanta area is seeking an Installation Manager with strong interpersonal skills to join their team. This growing 30-year-old Flooring Company is seeking a talented individual to help grow its business.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage 10-15 projects independently
2. Must be able to do small repairs
3. Solve problems to ensure customer satisfaction
4. Client-facing and effective communication

Qualifications:

1. Great communicator with a positive demeanor
2. Ability to work with all types of personalities
3. In-depth knowledge of carpet, hardwood, hardwood refinish, laminate, LVP, and rubber floors.
4. Positive attitude in all forms of communication
5. Strong interpersonal skills
6. Problem solver with the ability to think quickly
7. Highly organized
8. Reliable vehicle for visiting job sites daily

Software:

1. RFMS is a plus
