Payroll Specialist / Benefits - Contract-to-Hire!!


  • Administer all employee benefits and maintain benefits programs…..Assist with new hire set-up, on-boarding, necessary paperwork administration
  • Administer all necessary coordination for new hires with benefit providers…..Assist with open benefits enrollment
  • Assist employees with all payroll and benefit related inquiries…Calculate benefit monthly premium statements for all group policies
  • Maintain employee benefits files and that all benefit information is accurately entered into payroll system.
  • Process & Issue employee paychecks and statements....Review time sheets and work with management for verification of attendance and hours
  • Reconcile all payroll discrepancies and issue and pay adjustments
  • 5+ Years benefits administration and payroll processing experience
  • Ability to help people through payroll and benefits issues with courtesy and professionalism
  • Excellent analytical skills….Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office; (strong Excel skills)
  • Ability to manage time and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience processing multi-state payroll for over 200+ employees
  • Experience processing payroll taxes and garnishments
