They are focused on the industries of Travel & Hospitality, Logistics, Insurance, Healthcare, Financial Services, and other Tech Businesses. Our client offers delivery in 10 different countries, in 32 languages, with over 29,000 agents. You will play a key role in identifying, developing, and closing high-value partnerships with enterprise clients seeking scalable customer experience, back-office, or digital transformation solutions.
Experience you bring:
- 10+ years of BPO sales experience
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-million-dollar outsourcing deals.
- Deep understanding of nearshore/offshore delivery models and digital service offerings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a hunter mentality and strategic mindset.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for large enterprise opportunities.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers across target accounts, including C-level stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and translate them into tailored BPO solutions (CX, back office, KYC, claims processing, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with solution architects, pricing teams, and operations to create winning proposals.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and client meetings to enhance brand awareness and pipeline development.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Desired Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience selling CX transformation or digital services (AI, RPA, automation).
- Established network of decision-makers in target vertical(s).
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
