Key Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or a retail/service industry role.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and the ability to learn quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete onboarding training to set the foundation for success.
- Learn Salesforce ERP and master its functionalities.
- Gain a solid understanding of quoting and order processes.
- Familiarize yourself with our product catalog and part numbers.
- Process quotes and orders efficiently.
