Key Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or a retail/service industry role.
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service and the ability to learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete onboarding training to set the foundation for success.
  • Learn Salesforce ERP and master its functionalities.
  • Gain a solid understanding of quoting and order processes.
  • Familiarize yourself with our product catalog and part numbers.
  • Process quotes and orders efficiently.
