Job Summary for Area Vice President of Operations:

• Combined census: 1,290
• Directs the overall operations of multi-site home health company
• Sites include: Covington, Tucker, Lawrenceville, Monroe, Winder, Athens, Conyers, GA
• Responsible for home health agency programs
• Maintains the community image of the sites ensuring high level of patient care
• Keeps the agencies abreast of local, state and national trends

Job Duties include:

• Financial and budget responsibility
• Revenue responsibility of approximately 24 million
• Manage and supervise a staff of over 175

Candidate Qualifications include:

• Registered Nurse
• BSN, preferred
• Home Health experience required
• RN Georgia licensed
• Prefer Georgia resident or RN with extensive knowledge of GA regs
• Must have solid years of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care
• Demonstrates a working knowledge of regulations and reimbursement in home health care
• Demonstrates expertise in personnel management, leadership, and financial management
• Experience with human resources – hiring, firing, training, etc.
