Job Title: Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant

Location: Home Office

Job Description:

▪ Support a growing and dynamic sales organization in positioning solutions within focus industries and

target accounts

▪ Strong will and the necessary energy to win new large customers and to grow existing customers in a start-up environment

▪ Fill role as SME and trusted advisor with prospects and customers, establishing relationships with senior management in

context of developing sales opportunities

▪ Serve as primary functional and technical lead in all stages of the Sales Cycle

▪ In coordination with Sales Executives, deliver initial overview presentations, facilitate prospect discovery, design solution

/ use cases, build demos, develop business case, and present solutions

▪ Use modern sales tactics and an analytical approach when engaging new customers and position solutions with a clear business case

▪ Responsible for sales support of the entire sales process ensuring that group targets and other personal performance

metrics are being achieved

▪ Understand our clients existing processes and offer our web-based SaaS Logistics platform accordingly

▪ Involve other supporting resources (i.e. Executives, Project Management, Development, and other functional areas) at the

right time to ensure a successful sales process

▪ Use a CRM-System to ensure accurate engagement management and communication

Qualifications:

▪ 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales or Project Implementation for a complex services and/or Enterprise

software solution (i.e. ERP, Transportation Management Systems or Carrier Connectivity), ideally gaining this

experience at one of the leading software vendors or one of the emerging SaaS providers

▪ Deep Transportation / Logistics / Supply Chain experience, including functional and technical SME

▪ Established year over year results—consistently overachieves group and individual objectives

▪ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills / strong team player with a focus on customer success

▪ Willing and able to travel up to 50%
