Orthopedic Clinical Specialist Trauma
Job Description
Global Medical Device company who is the market leader in many segments of the orthopedic space is expanding their Medical Education Department. We are looking for a talented Physician Assistant who is motivated by seeing their hard work rewarded with opportunities for career and financial advancement.
As a clinical specialist, you would become a clinical and procedural expert on our clients orthopedic trauma technologies. You would then be responsible for the clinical training and education of some of the top surgeons and sales representatives around the country and world on new medical device technologies and procedures. These training would take place in several formats to include the Operating Room, Labs, and Classroom setting. Minimal travel required, approximately 20% and all expenses would be covered.
The successful candidate will have 5 or more years of experience working as part of the surgical team in orthopedic surgical procedures as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
Work life balance is important to our client, they have a very low turnover rate, and this is typically a 9am to 5pm position.

Strong knowledge of surgical orthopedic procedures related to orthopedic trauma.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
