VP, Business Development – Enterprise Sales

They are focused on the industries of Travel & Hospitality, Logistics, Insurance, Healthcare, Financial Services, and other Tech Businesses. Our client offers delivery in 8 different countries, in 32 languages, with over 19,000 agents. Our client is looking for a seasoned VP, Business Development – Enterprise Sales to drive new logo business in verticals such as Tax, Travel & Hospitality, Fintech, and Insurance. This individual will have a Sales Operations team behind them to support their efforts in winning new business and sharing their award-winning stories of customer success. The right candidate will successfully prospect and close new BPO contracts with national and international companies.

Experience you bring:

  • Proven experience in business planning by developing account sales and relationship management plans with proven results.
  • Ability to execute go-to-market plans via targeted campaigns and other sales channels
  • Experience working closely with RFP teams to ensure a high quality of proposals to will new opportunities.
  • Ability to identify and validate new industry verticals and market opportunities for customer care.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end responsibility for designing and executing strategic sales plans to secure new clients.
  • Prospecting and engaging new businesses, proposal development, contract negotiation, contract closing, and post-closing participation with new accounts.
  • Build a predictable pipeline of new business to generate repeatable and profitable revenues
  • Research to drive business expansion and collaboration opportunities for the customer care market.

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of BPO new logo sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Specific industry experience in Tax, Travel & Hospitality, Fintech, or Insurance is preferred
  • Self-Starter. Highly motivated to jump in and get things done. Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Experience working with multiple cross-functional and cross-geographical teams to design and implement effective business proposals.
  • High comfort level works with all organizational levels, including the C-suite

Other Position Requirements:

  • BS/BA in Business or a related field is preferred but not required.
