Harley-Davidson Service Manager- $75000+
Our Client, a recently expanded Midwest Harley-Davidson dealer group, is growing and looking to add a detail oriented Service Manager to its successful management team. Key Result Areas
Strict implementation and adherence to service process is required in this fast paced environment.
Knowledge of service department best practices including but not limited to:
Service appointment process
First service retention
CXI follow up
Shop productivity & efficiency
Labor & parts per R.O. tracking
Multi point inspection process
Parts to service process
Ability to hire and maintain a team of multiple technicians, service advisors and support staff.
A strong focus and determination for superior CXI scores.
A commitment to supporting the sales department.
Qualifications and Requirements
Passion for the Harley-Davidson brand and lifestyle a must.
Experience and proven success in a dealership environment a plus.
Harley-Davidson specific experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills, leadership potential, and ability to work well in a team.
TALONes, H-D Net, HDU, and Microsoft Office experience preferred.
Extremely competitive pay plan with incentives!
$75,000+ annual potential!
