Job Descriptions:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for IT maintenance, improvements, and upgrades
  • Lead all phases of the business systems implementation including planning, testing, execution, and implementation as well as assisting in implementation of upgrades and enhancements
  • Research potential IT vendor alternatives, propose solutions, and manage contract negotiations
  • Lead meetings and training sessions, online or in-person, as well as group sessions
  • Demonstrate good leadership skills with a positive attitude and ability to motivate others
  • Create and update IT policies and procedures company wide

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science or similar
  • Preferably 5-7 years experience in building and managing an IT team within a mid-size organization
  • Experience in an IT role within construction/real estate development is a must
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 F&O, SalesForce, Constellation, Yardi, and/or Blackline is an asset.
  • Proven experience in managing at least one ERP migration project from beginning to end.
  • Experience in managing expectations and working in a multi-user/multi-division environment
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with users, management, and project teams
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Must have excellent communication skills to communicate concepts with the CFO
  • Must come from a Construction Developer
