Latin American Sales Manager

A "front end" water equipment manufacturing and supplies  corporation is seeking an Latin American Sales Manager who will manage international dealers, provide proposals, follow up sales support as required, provide sales and service training as needed, maintain sales leads and proposals data base to improve success on proposals.

          Minimum requirements preferred : BA degree from a four-year college/university or have equivalent experience, 5+ years experience in servicing and selling water purification systems, have proven managerial experiences, have a strong technical knowledge and aptitude and be disciplined and detailed record keeper. Must be able to converse and write fluently in Spanish.

          Major responsibilities include all proposals to all dealers and distributors and maintenance companies as well as developing sales projections in South America.

           The ideal candidate must have strong communications skills, both verbal and written, be a team player with commitment to meet goals while providing excellent service to customers, have the ability to converse with people at all skill levels, have the ability to build trust and motivate subordinates work together as a team, and adept to handle clients with diverse personalities.
