C/L or EB Insurance Producer

This very passionate, energetic and driven insurance sales professional (producer) will use their insurance sales skills to drive new commercial and/or employee benefits insurance premiums/revenues. This client is a national brokerage firm ranked in the top ten firms globally with the highest employee satisfaction. State of the Art Lead Generation.

Background Preferred:

  • A focus in P&C OR Employee Benefits
  • Demonstrated success with medium size commercial clients that have at least $25k in annual premiums. Preferred profile would be $25 – 100k + in annual premiums
  • Needs to be a “hunter” and willing and able to generate new revenues (commissions to the insurance agency) of at least $75,000 per year
  • A direct sales background
  • A closer – one who can both prospect and close
  • Must be able to develop long term relationships with the local business community, property management associations, Chambers of Commerce, local contractor organizations, and related organizations
  • Must be a consultative seller and NOT a transactional seller
  • Excellent relationship-builder and team player
  • Experience working with contact databases and related data mining
  • Working knowledge of the commercial insurance sector

Compensation Structure:

  • Base: A Guaranteed Salary of between $60K to $175K in first two years based on sales track record.
