Title: Spine Regional Sales Manager – Florida

Medical Device Recruiters is retained to identify top leadership talent with spine sales and sales management experience in Florida. Our client is in growth mode and dedicated to improving patients' lives through innovative spinal solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join their team and drive sales growth within our spine division in Florida. This position would manage a distributor based sales team in Florida.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share of specialty spine portfolio.
- Identify and target key accounts, surgeons, and hospitals in the region to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain a strong network of distributors looking to sell lead-in technology.
- Conduct product demonstrations, surgical trainings, and educational programs for healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to drive business growth and meet customer expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry developments to drive sales strategies and product positioning.
- Provide timely sales forecasts, reports, and other required documentation to the sales management team.
- Represent the company at regional conferences, tradeshows, and events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device sales, specifically in the spine industry. Previous sales management experience is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within the medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of the spine market, including surgical procedures, products, and the competitor landscape.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strategic approach to driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel within the region as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
