Vice President of Sales

Our client is a worldwide contact center vendor that ensures to keep their core values and the values of their clients at the front of all their work. Keeping these values aligned with the goals of their clients has allowed them to forge the path to success. This client has operations in Canada, the United States, the Caribbean, and the Philippines to meet the different needs of their client base. With a focus on customer care, accounts receivables, and sales they can seamlessly integrate with different omni-channel strategies and take CX to the next level.

As a Vice President of Sales for our client, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline that delivers new logo revenue annually. You will stay up to date with current and emerging technology related to a call center BPO and translate these technology solutions into a positive ROI for the company’s prospects and customers. This role requires both leadership skills and insight into market trends, and the ability to bring those both together to foster a successful sales force.

Experience you bring:

  • Ability to analyze market trends and track competitor’s activities to provide valuable inputs to fine tune sales and marketing strategies.
  • Experience proposing new technology to existing clients to grow accounts.
  • Ability to influence groups or individuals to progress deals forward to closure.
  • Knowledge of accounting, budget planning, financial forecasting, and financial modeling.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline that delivers new logo revenue annually.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with other executives to decide on business strategies to ensure organizational growth.
  • Build and maintain a key prospect database.
  • Promote and sell the company’s global footprint with a focus on near-shore, offshore, and domestic opportunities.

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a BPO or Technology Industry.
  • Self-Starter. Highly motivated to jump in and get things done. Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Experience working with multiple cross-functional and cross-geographical teams to design and implement effective business proposals.
  • High comfort level works with all organizational levels, including the C-suite
