Job Descriptions:
- Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences in a new home.
- Conduct tours of model homes and available properties, highlighting features and benefits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the housing market, including trends, pricing, and competition.
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Prepare and present sales materials, including brochures and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless buying experience for clients.
- Assist in the negotiation process to close sales effectively.
- Prepare Builder form agreements of purchase and sale
- Attend community events and open houses to promote new home offerings.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in new home sales, homebuilder / developer representation.
- Must have current, valid RECO registration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A passion for helping others find their ideal home.
