Job Descriptions:
  • Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences in a new home.
  • Conduct tours of model homes and available properties, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the housing market, including trends, pricing, and competition.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Prepare and present sales materials, including brochures and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless buying experience for clients.
  • Assist in the negotiation process to close sales effectively.
  • Prepare Builder form agreements of purchase and sale
  • Attend community events and open houses to promote new home offerings.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years in new home sales, homebuilder / developer representation.
  • Must have current, valid RECO registration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A passion for helping others find their ideal home.
