Commercial Lines - EPIC Technical Assistant

An early-stage Property & Casualty insurance agency is seeking a very passionate, energetic and driven Commercial Lines Technical Assistant to help drive new processes and technology through this growing organization. This is an opportunity for significant growth in the area of technology and process development as the agency continues to grow. This position also provides high-visibility to the firm's senior executives.

Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting the EPIC platform
• Administering and assisting in the streamlining of processes.
• Work with Quick Books.
• The successful candidate will be very bright, polished and have high level communications skills.
• Provide technical support to Producers and Account Managers.
• Provide your technical perspectives on process improvements.
• Learn the commercial lines insurance business from the ground up.
• Identify strengths and weaknesses and support team members in growing to the next level.

Compensation Structure:

• Compensation based on experience.
• Bonus: Base + Bonus + and other possible accelerators
