My client, a dynamic organization, is searching for a motivated Call Center Administrator who demonstrates a keen attention to detail and a strong sense of self-direction.

Your success will be defined by your ability to

  • Answer a high volume of incoming calls
  • Schedule appointments, change appointment times, and cancel appointments as required
  • Make outbound calls as necessary
  • Update client information in the system
  • Data enter calls details in the system

Your strengths include

  • 1 year experience in Administration
  • Call center experience is considered an asset
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A professional phone demeanor
