Job Description
Warehouse Supervisor
• Leading and directing a team of 10+ employees
• General responsibility for scheduling and supervising labor in all operation activities daily
• Leading the team to safely and efficiently execute a plan to meet daily, weekly and yearly objectives
• Close coordination with in-house transportation to ensure customer orders are being met on time
• Close coordination with maintenance team to ensure that all equipment is being maintained
• Regularly communicating with customers regarding orders, issues, and inventory.
• Develop metrics to support increasing productivity, improving safety performance, increasing equipment uptime, and sales growth.
• Ensure completion of various audits related to quality, safety, housekeeping and equipment maintenance.
• Responsibility for enforcement of all safety policies.
• Responsibility for enforcing of company policies including initiating and documentation disciplinary action as required
• Participation in hiring and termination of staff
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role.
• Equipment operation experience.
• Computer skills and proficient using Microsoft Office
• Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours including weekends and holidays as needed by the customer
Base salary 80k-100k plus Excellent Benefits.
