Regional Sales Manager / Recruiter
LOCATION: Anywhere in the US (Remote)

About the job
We're looking to bring on 3 Regional Sales Managers/Recruiters who can help build out our technology division focused on Collaboration, Cyber Security & AI for both SaaS & Hardware Companies. We had an outstanding year last year and it is not slowing down. We finished @ 111% for 2021 and so far for 2022, we are 320% of plan.
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with companies we work with to understand their current and future hiring needs
- Strategically working with C-Level & Mid-Level management decision-makers on how to best position and tell their companies story to attract the right talent
- Connecting with talent using different methods of outreach, such as video messaging, text, email, and cold calling………… Yes, we said cold calling…. And we have successfully proven scripts for this. We got you! 🙌
- Understand industry landscape and market trends
- Negotiate compensation packages
- Actively engaging on LinkedIn, building your own brand around the company brand
- Source candidates through databases, networking events, referrals, etc.
- Build relationships with candidates to help identify what the best career path is for them.
We do not care if you have any recruiting experience. If you have it great, but that is not the end all be all. We would like someone to have the following, which would be the preferred section:
- 3 to 5 years sales experience in recruiting, or technology sales in a Business Development/hunter role achieving 100% or higher to plan
- Experience making cold calls
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in an agency with a history of making placements that last well beyond industry averages
- Proficient with Boolean searches, or working knowledge of LinkedIn
- CRM Technology experience tracking deals and forecasting

What we offer:
- Base Salary + Commission (First year On-Target-Earnings are between $140K & $170K)
- 2 weeks paid vacation
- 100% of Employee's Health Insurance Premiums (for base plan)
