Account Executive - SaaS

Our client operates a GigCx platform that enables companies to tap into an on-demand global workforce of remote agents. It provides a complete ecosystem for recruiting, training, scheduling, and managing customer support talent, while ensuring secure connections through its virtual desktop environment. Beyond workforce access, our client streamlines compliance, quality assurance, and global payments, allowing enterprises to scale support flexibly, reduce costs, and maintain consistent customer experiences across markets.

The Account Executive - SaaS is responsible for getting new client logos on board, who are strategically relevant to the company's mission. An Account Executive researches the field and identifies potentially fruitful partners. They analyze the potential impacts of a partnership, create and maintain business relationships, and manage the accounts of key partners. Our Account Executives have a very clear understanding of the company's products and their place on the market. They know their competitors inside-out and have an insight into the business activities and strategies that will sustain and grow the company.

Experience you bring:

  • Ability to establish and develop relationships with any key decision-makers within prospective new clients that you have identified to heighten the Company’s chance of securing new business
  • Ability to lead sales presentations, coordinating relevant colleagues’ input and taking overall responsibility for the outcome of each pitch
  • Demonstration of an excellent range of effective communication skills with the ability to adapt styles according to the demands of the audience is essential.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others with proven negotiation and sales skills and the ability to work at a senior level.


Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Generating new opportunities from previous contacts and developing new contacts
  • Working with marketing and demand generation to develop strategies that target key sectors.
  • Meeting all individual monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets
  • Forming and leading a ‘bid team’ comprising operational, technical, HR and executive level input where necessary and clearly brief the team on required input to achieve bid success

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in senior client services and/or sales role
  • 5+ years experience within SaaS industry, selling to the Customer Experience sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
