Position Overview:

The Controller will oversee all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls for a dynamic consumer goods company. This role is ideal for a proactive finance professional who thrives in a manufacturing setting and enjoys driving operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly close process and preparation of financial statements
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Oversee cost accounting and inventory controls
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
