- Sales Tax Compliance:
- Manage sales tax calculations and filings for various jurisdictions.
- Stay updated on tax regulations to ensure compliance.
- Human Resources:
- Handle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee benefits administration.
- Facilitate communication between staff and management regarding HR policies.
- Staff Management:
- Directly manage a small team of 2 employees.
- Provide training and support to enhance team performance.
- Organizational Skills:
- Implement systems to ensure efficient workflow and organization.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
