Position Summary:
The Appraisal Service Coordinator is responsible for daily workflow of traditional and non-traditional appraisal orders received from our customers. The coordinator prioritizes and addresses each request, logs applicable information into our database, gathers documents and organizes information to facilitate the processing of these orders. This position requires high attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service and organizational skills. Professional communication skills are imperative. The Coordinator is equally responsible for handling all appraisal service issues and escalated service requests from our clients, appraisal vendors and internal stakeholders. This individual plays a key role in the organizations growth.

Coordinator Job Skills and Requirements:
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with clients, vendors and coworkers.
  • Must possess exemplary customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally in oral and written manner
  • Proven computer skills and experience in using applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Must be able to type 35-40 words/minute with accuracy
  • Ability to work independently on confidential material
  • Must possess critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Prior mortgage lending, processing or appraisal management experience a plus
  • College degree preferred
