We’re partnering with a rapidly growing company in Atlanta seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead a team and drive excellence across the accounting function. This is a hybrid role offering strong visibility, leadership exposure, and the opportunity to make a direct impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a staff

• Oversee daily cash reconciliations and ensure accuracy

• Partner with the broader accounting and finance teams to support an efficient and timely month-end close

• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly financial analyses

• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and support scaling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 5+ years of general accounting experience (public or corporate)

• 3+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of month-end close, reconciliation review, and GAAP principles

• Proficient in Excel and ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite, Great Plains, SAP)
