Regional Sales Director - South East. This territory will include the following states: Florida and Southern Georgia. Candidates can live in any city (major airport) within the region.

Medical Device Recruiters is representing an innovative Medical Device Company that designs and develops advanced implants, instruments and biologics used in the orthopedic space.

Our client is constantly focused on the design and development of new products that allow their surgeon customers to provide the best possible treatment for their patients. This company is an industry leader and consistently launches more that 50 new and unique products on an annual basis.

This position will manage an established sales team in the SE and have multiple managers reporting to them. This director will also be closely involved in the IDN/GPO strategy, KOL development and creating the overall sales strategy for the business. The ideal candidate will have the desire and drive to succeed in a fun but competitive environment. Additionally they would have a minimum 5 years of experience with biologic based products used in the orthopedic trauma, extremity space, and/or sports medicine space. A Bachelors Degree and a minimum 3 years leadership experience to include direct reports are required.

Income opportunity is $300K at plan, plus full benefits, all expenses, 401K and stock purchase plan.
