Our client seeks a seasoned Business Development executive focusing on the insurance and insurtech industries. This pivotal role in the sales organization will be responsible for hunting new logo relationships and executing the strategic vision set by the company leadership team. Your ability to problem-solve and face challenges will be paired with the best tools and technology, allowing you to develop and execute the best sales strategies for this newly created industry vertical.

Experience you bring:

  • A deep understanding of CX-related digital technologies
  • A deep understanding and strong relationships within the insurance and insuretech vertical
  • Proven track record in selling $5M+ new logo in-year revenue YOY
  • Ability to develop a business development strategy to engage an identified target list

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Map out business plans with goals, key actions, targets, and measures of success to meet and exceed the organizational objectives.
  • Implement end-to-end business development plans to drive new logo acquisitions.
  • Coordinate with the Bid/Proposal teams to generate presentations
  • Utilize and manage the companies CRM system
  • Identify new market opportunities withing your assigned industry vertical

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of successful enterprise sales experience selling into the insurance industry
  • Focus on Property & Casualty and Life & Health solutions is a must
  • Strong negotiation and business management skills
  • Experience selling and presenting to the highest-level decision-makers at the C-Suite level
