Team Auto Group is growing and we are hiring for a Customer Service Representative in our collision center. Must be willing to work Saturdays and afternoons when needed.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
Answer incoming calls
Coordinate dealer trade drivers
Notify management of any customer concerns and attempt a resolution.
Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
- Must be able to work five days per week
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Valid driver's license with good driving record.
- Must be TEAM-oriented.
- Must be competent with popular computer programs (internet, email, word, light use of excel)
