The Opportunity:

Background Preferred:
- A demonstrated track record of selling to commercial lines (P&C) decision-makers. Ability to cross-sell into EB and/or private client is a plus.
- We also welcome those with < five years of experience who have experience/connections to payroll service firms or similar who have broad networks of C-level decision-makers and COIs. We can pair you up with a senior producer to train and mentor.
- Industry specialties being sought right now include: Construction, Real Estate, GovCon, Transportation, Hospitality, Marine, Technology, Professional Lines, etc.
- Needs to be a team seller willing and able to work across product lines on a collaborative basis.
- Needs to be a “hunter” and willing and able to generate new revenues
- Well-developed network and COIs in your regional market is required.
- A closer – one who can both prospect and close
- Must be a consultative seller and NOT a transactional seller
- Excellent relationship-builder and team player
- College Degree required
- Specific experience with local area businesses
- Community leader of heavily involved

- Bright, intelligent, direct communication style…polished
- Must be passionate about building a business from the ground up
Compensation Structure:
- Compensation based on experience and insurance sales track record.
- Bonus: Base + commission structure and other possible accelerators
