Role Summary:
As an Industrial Electrician at IPG, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing operations. You’ll troubleshoot, install, and maintain electrical and electronic systems, contributing to the company’s high standards of quality and productivity. This hands-on role is ideal for skilled professionals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair automated manufacturing systems to minimize downtime.
- Install and maintain electrical and electronic components across a variety of equipment.
- Perform minor mechanical repairs as required.
- Utilize a computerized maintenance system to manage workflows, track work orders, and maintain parts inventory.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to complete additional tasks as assigned.
What Our Client Is Looking For:
- Certification: Red Seal Industrial Electrician certification preferred, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency with control systems, including Allen Bradley controllers and variable speed drives.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities and effective work planning.
- Attention to Detail: A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
Shift Details:
- Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights).
- Hours: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM and 8:00 PM–8:00 AM.
