ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the Organizational Development (OD) and Learning & Development (L&D) teams by aiding with special projects, conducting research, analyzing programs, and providing critical feedback that helps solve team problems or improve processes and practices.
  • Able to configure, edit and make adjustments in systems preference for ADP or Greenhouse ATS.
  • Interested in learning HRIS functions and managing administration tasks for HR software.
  • Assist with assessing succession planning needs and in coordinating a comprehensive succession planning program
  • Respond to questions from employees regarding training or educational opportunities, assist in identifying training or educational opportunities, maintain a system for tracking and reporting training participation to provide statistical data and monitor individual progress toward training goals.
  • Participate with colleagues to develop, implement, and measure Organizational Development initiatives.
  • Coordinate shared experience group efforts and initiatives across the organization.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare communications
  • Assist in the concept, design, development, and implementation of innovative learning and development programs that support the full employment lifecycle, including onboarding, career development, succession planning, wellness, diversity, equity, and inclusion, management, and leadership planning. Program development and delivery facilitated both on-line and in person.
  • Prepare materials, coordinate enrollments, schedule courses and programs, maintain records, and track outcomes by preparing reports
  • Coordinate the Learning Management System (LMS) including serving as an expert to support users, maintenance, updates, and operations
  • Assists with the instructional design of training material and ancillary documents (slides, workbooks, handouts, facilitation guides, etc.)
  • Support assessment delivery and measurement
  • Coordination of shared experience group efforts and DEI initiatives across the organization
  • Partnering with HR Delivery team, Talent Acquisition and HR Operations on all applicable initiatives
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
  • Assist with maintenance of org structure in Dayforce (adding/editing jobs, locations and positions)
  • Assist with reporting and data requests and HR Operations projects as applicable
  • Assist with data integrity monitoring for hires, terms and employee changes
  • Assist with acquisition integration tasks related to the on-boarding of new employees
  • Assist with generating and distributing monthly reports and dashboards
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and developing solutions
