Compensation: Up to $350,000 base salary, plus bonus and equity opportunities

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic President to lead a national Industrial HVAC Services company headquartered in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the industrial HVAC services sector, with a strong background in managing fast-growing companies and scaling operations. The candidate should also have experience managing businesses with revenues of $50M or more. A valid HVAC or mechanical license is preferred but not required. The President will be responsible for driving business growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and expanding the company's market presence, while fostering innovation and maintaining a customer-focused service model.
Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and implement a strategic vision focused on expanding the company's industrial HVAC services and market share.
- Lead the executive team to improve service offerings, operational efficiencies, and client satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across all divisions.

Business Growth & Market Development:
- Oversee national expansion efforts, focusing on industrial services contracts and long-term partnerships with large-scale industrial clients (manufacturing plants, factories, warehouses, etc.).
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, including new service offerings, geographic expansion, and potential acquisitions.
- Utilize startup or entrepreneurial experience to create flexible and scalable business models tailored to the industrial sector.

Operational Excellence:
- Ensure operational excellence by refining service delivery, workforce management, and project execution.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgeting, forecasting, and P&L, and drive operational improvements.
- Implement cutting-edge technologies and best practices to ensure efficiency in large-scale industrial HVAC projects, including maintenance, installation, and repair.

- Build, mentor, and develop a strong executive leadership team, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
- Promote talent acquisition and retention strategies, ensuring the company has the skilled workforce necessary to deliver large-scale industrial HVAC solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key industrial clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the highest level of service and long-term partnerships.
- Lead initiatives focused on client retention and customer satisfaction, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Qualifications

Experience:
- 10+ years of executive leadership experience in the Industrial HVAC services industry or related sectors.
- Proven track record of managing companies with $100M+ in revenue and leading them through phases of growth and market expansion.
- Startup or entrepreneurial experience is preferred, with demonstrated success in scaling operations, particularly in the industrial services market.

- HVAC or Mechanical License is preferred but not required.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
